A program which specifically supports Aboriginal and Torres
Strait Islander (ATSI) artists, arts workers and arts and cultural
groups involved in literature, music, dance, theatre and visual
arts. This program offers skills development opportunities
including mentorships, master classes and work placements
as well as funding for ATSI artists, arts administrators and
arts and cultural groups for the development of new work.
The ATSI arts development program offers two categories:
• Project assistance
• Individual artist development.
This program specifically supports ATSI artists, arts workers, and arts and cultural groups involved in literature, music, dance, theatre and visual arts. Non ATSI individuals can apply on behalf of ATSI artists, provided they can demonstrate how the project will benefit the artist.
